Wifi Can Lower Male Fertility?

Laptops, smartphones, internet has become a part of human lifestyle in the current era. However, new research suggests that the use of Wi-Fi can damage sperm and reduce male fertility. The cause, according to Reuters Health, because the electromagnetic radiation produced by wireless communication devices.

In a study published in the journal Fertility and Sterility, researchers took samples of 'cement' of 29 healthy volunteers. Cement placed under a laptop Wi-Fi-enabled and connected to the internet. After four hours, as much as 25 percent of the semen no longer swim.

For optimal fertility, a man must have 70 million sperm per millimeter. Environment is one factor which is quite influential in reducing the sperm count. The study, published in early November showed that the heat generated due to hold a laptop for 10-15 minutes can damage the sperm dangerous.
